Bristol Reggae Orchestra welcomes new members. We are currently seeking to recruit STRINGS, BRASS -especially Trumpets , ALTO SAX, a DRUMMER and a BASSOONIST! Other instruments are also welcome. From time to time we can include new singers and other performers whose work fits with our programme. If you are interested in joining the orchestra, please fill in the Bristol Reggae Orchestra Register of Interest and Equality and Diversity questionnaire and send it to membership@bristolreggaeorchestra.com

We are pleased to announce the award of a grant to fund projects within our community from the People's Health Trust. If you are a local musician interested in collaborating with us head to the Projects page for more info.

Bristol Reggae Orchestra recently collaborated with composer Kim Moore under Making Music's "Adopt a Composer" project. The scheme is run in partnership with Sound and Music, in association with BBC Radio 3, and funded by PRS For Music Foundation. The collaboration resulted in a new piece 'Edgelands' which was performed on 30th Nov 2014 at St. George's in Bristol (see gigs page).
